The gestation of the Disney 100 The Exhibition was a textbook example of how Mance Communications work to understand the business needs of both the headline brand but also their partners as the requirements are often complex and nuanced. Many hours of meetings as well as site visits to the show in other countries, meant that Mance had to be reactive to the subtle differences in approach between regions in terms of both connections with the media and also the end user. Keeping information under embargo, and respecting the brand values (while being thrilled by the entire concept!) was both a challenge and a buzz for the team.
